Our new online bidding can save you time

Online bidding is a new feature we recently implemented and in intended for appliance replacement or major projects. We hope that you'll find it saves you time and allows you to get the ball rolling on your next plumbing, heating, sewer, or air conditioning project. Though online bidding is subject to change, our experienced estimators have a high degree of accuracy when it comes to getting pricing and materials correct. Remember the more detail you provide us the more accurate we can be.

Online Bid Terms and Conditions

All online bids are subject to change once a jobsite walk has been completed. Not all projects can be bid without a site walk. We also do not provide online bids for drain clogs or a number of other smaller repairs; these projects can only be bid when on site. We also reserve the right to make changed to submitted information should we see code violations or safety hazards.

In order to protect ourselves from malicious files and virus we utilize facebook.com or picasa to upload project photos.

Photo guidelines: Photos should be clear and as detailed as possible. The more photos you provide the more accurate we can be in bidding your project. For example if you are seeking a water heater bid. We would need photos of the water heater, where it connects with the ground or stand, where it is situated in the room, the outdoor and indoor vent configuration, the size of the gas line, etc.

Facebook method:

  • Using your facebook account create a photo album names after the project.
  • Next you'll need to friend Bellows Plumbing so that we can go to your account and view the album.

  • Then submit your information through the form above and we'll get right to work on completing your bid.
  • Google Picasa method:

  • Using your Picasa account create a photo album and name it after the project you hope to complete.
