Toilet & Water Saving Devices Rebates: Toilet rebates are pretty straight forward. In general most water districts will honor rebates on any toilet bearing the WaterSense logo. The usual toilet replacement process is real simple. Start by scheduling an appointment. Our professional technician will show up and determine what type of toilet suits your needs, style, and budget. From there we'll remove the old toilet and haul it away. Your new toilet will be installed within a matter of a couple hours. We'll provide you with a detailed receipt that you can file with your water district and receive your rebate. That's all there is to it.

2011 Rebates and Tax Credits for Furnace and Air Conditioning Equipment

A lot of people took advantage of the generous tax credits on qualifying HVAC equipment installed prior to 12/31/10. For all of you who missed out on these 2010 credits the good news is that the rebates in 2011, though smaller, are still around. The Middle Class Tax Relief Act of 2010 contains a $500 tax credit for HVAC equipment installed in 2011, and modifies some of the qualifying standards. Qualifying equipment includes air conditioning, heat pumps, and forced air gas furnaces. The bill restores the lifetime cap and the individual equipment limits that were eliminated by the Stimulus Bill in 2009.  | more
