Twice a year a member of our expert plumbing and HVAC team will give your home a thorough inspection, make minor adjustments, and provide a detailed home assessment. The complete list includes over 100 different items and is geared towards helping homeowners avoid unnecessary breakdowns and budget for impending ones. Toilets are checked and tested for leaks. Any adjustments are made FREE!
All faucets and emergency shut offs are tested to ensure they'll work should you need them
All of your exposed water and gas pipes are checked for potential leaks or signs of corrosion points that could lead to leaks
Furnace and water heater are test for proper venting, carbon monoxide levels, and signs of flame rollout or combusted gas leaks
All drains are checked above and below sinks for leaking

Furnace & Heater Preventative Maintenance Plan Service Includes:
Oil and check motors for proper amperage. This ensures the motor does not overheat and cause premature failure. It also helps use determine if the fan is running at optimal efficiency.
Inspect heat exchanger and burner tubes. This ensures the unit is running safely and not potentially leaking carbon monoxide or at risk of a fire.
Replace filter and clean accessible areas of the plenum. This ensures dust, pollen, and dirt do not get into ducts and the home.
Check electrical systems. This includes circuit board, contactors, transformers, and electrical safety switches for proper voltage.
Check gas valve for proper shut down and check for gas leaks. This ensures the gas valve works are intended in the event of a gas leak or flame roll out.
Inspect flue vent for cracks or leaks. This ensures that poisonous gases such as carbon monoxide do not collect around the FAF or in the house.

Flush vinegar cleaning solution through the heat exchanger. This removes sediment in the small pipes that make up the heat exchanger. But doing so you prevent overheating and leaks.
Check inducers motor for proper amperage. This ensures the motor does not overheat and cause premature failure. It also helps use determine if the fan is running at optimal efficiency.
Check gas valve for proper shut down and check for gas leaks. This ensures the gas valve works are intended in the event of a gas leak or flame roll out.

Check T&P valve. This valve is designed to prevent the AWH from exploding. We make sure it’s working properly.

Drain water heater and flush sediment from the tank. This ensures that the water heater can efficiency heat the water without having to burn through inches of sediment. When a water heater is forced to burn through sediment it has to work extra hard and eventually burns out the bottom of the water heater
Check T&P valve. This valve is designed to prevent the AWH from exploding. We make sure it’s working properly. 
Check AWH pan and burner chamber for signs of heavy corrosion of spot leaking. This helps us determine if a leak is imminent and could potentially cause property damage.
Check gas valve for proper shut down and check for gas leaks. This ensures the gas valve works are intended in the event of a gas leak or flame roll out.
Inspect flue vent for cracks or leaks. This ensures that poisonous gases such as carbon monoxide do not collect around the FAF or in the house.
Check for signs of corrosion of slow water seeps. Slow leaks cause heavy corrosion around pipe connections. If fixed early they can mean the difference between a water heater that last years or one that only last a few years.
Air Conditioner Preventative Maintenance Plan Service Includes:
Test cooling cycles for proper operation. This ensure efficient operation and prevents unneeded stress on the compressor
Check fan control. Ensures proper cooling and extends motor life.
Check condensate drain. A plugged drain can cause water to get in the air handler and lead to corrosion or an electrical short.
Check pressure & refrigerant level. Ensures proper cooling ability and keeps the compressor running trouble fee.
Check air filters. Ensures proper clean air flow.
Check in/outdoor coil for dirt. Helps increase the air conditioner energy transfer process and ensure efficient operation.
Check temperature split and thermostat calibration.This is done by taking the superheat and subcooling measurement and helps ensure the proper amount of refrigerant is in the roof top air conditioner or heat pump system.

Drain & Sewer Hydrojetting and Inspection Service Plan:
Camera Inspection of Sewer Line . Tests for grade issues, root intrusion, cracks, grease build up, or problems with the drainage and sewer system. This helps us anticipate future clogs and avoid them.
Hydrojetting. If we deem it necessary we will we will perform a hydroflush of the sewer and drain lines to remove grease, dirt, and built up debris. This ensures that solid so not solidify in the line and cause a back up. Hydrojetting is done on a case by case basis, but we do set clients up with monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual packages to jet drain lines and keep them flowing. Regular jetting is highly recommended for commercial properties such as restaurants, town homes, apartments, or any facility that receive heavy public use.
Enzyme Treatment . An enzyme treatment can be applied to the sewer line when minor grease or oil problems exist this can help prevent future clogs and prolong the life of your drain and sewer line.
